1- Turn oven to 375 F. Have a muffin tin ready and grease and it if necessary *Optional: add some cubbed chicken or tofu. *Eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, slice and put ghee, hummus, dips, freeze & then easily toast.

2- Mix chia seeds and water. Stir well and let it gel up
3-Mix the rest of the ingredients ( minus the b. Soda and lemon) in a bowl and stir well
4-Once you have a thick dough ish like add the b. Soda and lemon in top of it. Yay! Bubblesss
5- Scoop some dough to fill almost the muffin tins and bake for 24 min. ( or until ready in your own oven)
Great for lunch boxes!
